I had some delay because of the delivery's company and bad communication. But thanks to them, they communicated with them to deliver it to me as fast as possible. I was able to get it and I am really happy. I was worried it would be "too quiet" as people say, but it's just enough!! The fact that it's not super loud make it even more relaxing. I really recommend it, I'm having a lot of fun playing, especially on rainy days, it feels magical.

I was actually concerned I would struggle with it, because I have small hands. I'm 22, petite, and my hands are very small. This is my first time buying an acrylic kalimba too. But to my surprise I had no struggle in playing or holding the kalimba at all. I will say that it will take some getting used to since the shape is different, but either way I still don't have any trouble reaching the tines when playing more difficult songs. Doesn't feel uncomfortable either. The quality is just amazing *chefs kiss* and it sounds beautiful. If I could give it 20 stars I would.

The Kalimba is wonderful.
I had a wooden one before, so it is heavier in weight as well as lighter in tone in comparison. I don't like the tone as much but I am getting used to it and started to enjoy it after some more practice. It looks really cute and wonderful, especially in sunlight.
They came with space-themed stickers. I really loved it. I think I need a flat, wooden Kalimba for songs with more "dark" tones to it, and use this Kalimba for more angelic and light sounding songs.
All in all, it is really pretty and cute. I wish the sound quality was a bit better but I had no dead tines, no silent tines etc. I am just glad it is so pretty in terms of looks and sounds. If I was to buy another one, I think I would buy it without the rainbow streaks. They are pretty but personally, they distract me a bit.♥

I'm in love! I've been playing the flute for a bit over seven years and wanted to try picking up a new instrument, but because of my musical knowledge I knew that I would notice a lot more imperfections in any kalimba than other beginners which made me nervous to believe the high reviews. However as soon as I played my first scale on it I could tell the reviews were very accurate. Despite it being an acrylic flat board kalimba, there's still a wide range of dynamics you can play without the higher notes not resonating properly. I was actually able to tune it chromatically so I can play sharps, accidentals, flats, double sharps, etc., which has been super nice. When I was tuning the tines, I initially was having a bit of trouble moving them more than just a few cents because I was scared of tapping and pushing them so hard they broke. Though eventually I decided to just give the tines that needed to move quite far a strong push and they moved just fine afterwards. Plus, they didn't get damaged in any way and sounded just as beautiful as before. I learned that this is a very sturdy instrument, so don't be afraid to give it a good push or tap when tuning. The rainbow effect and stickers it came with is very beautiful, and the other accessories are very good quality. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this kalimba! If I want another one in the future, I will definitely purchase from Kimi again.

The colors are gorgeous and bright! To my surprise, a sheet of gold and flowery stickers were added to the box to decorate my kalimba with! The gold stickers look SO pretty with the Kimi engraving and I find it synchronistic that the stickers given to me were of flowers and a butterfly. Totally my style. The sound of this kalimba is peaceful and softer than any wooden kalimba I’ve heard. It’s really relaxing to play. I definitely recommend this online store. I wanted an authentic kimi kalimba and I had a really good feeling ordering from this place. It shipped fast and I can tell that this kalimba is high quality. It was perfectly tuned and beautiful right out of the box.

This kimi kalimba is so beautiful, you can totally see the rainbow effect! It came with all that was pictured and The black box with the authentic stickers. (as seen in photo) It came with a thank you note and cute resin sakura stickers to decorate that goes with the gold kimi logo. The Kimi logo looks nice and has some depth to it. I know there was a reddit post saying that they were selling fake kalimbas, but this here is not the case! 100% recommend this kalimba and shop!

This is the only instrument that I'm excited to play and enjoy. I've been writing down my favorite songs and playing them everyday. It doesn't bother my husband or neighbors while I'm practicing, because it sounds nice and calming to them, almost like a music box. And, that's why I wanted to purchase and play the kalimba in the first place. It also helps with my stress, especially when I'm using my fingers. This definitely was the most exciting kalimba unboxing I’ve ever had!!! I’ve been playing with this kalimba for over a week and I did not expect to fall so much IN LOVE with the “Kimi” experience! I absolutely love all of my wooden kalimbas but everyone needs to own at least ONE acrylic version ... it’s a very different experience to play on it (in a magical way!) The sound is soft... delicate... ENCHANTING. The visual fills me with excitment and joy. It’s not too heavy, although it’s heavier than hollow designed Kalimbas. I think my LingTing K17A may be slightly heavier than this — or at least the same. This makes for an amazing gift ANY time of the year and I’m doing just that for my neice very soon! This comes with a beautiful little hardcase and really nice stickers! I also ordered more stickers in addition. This is the real deal!!! Thank you Go Kalimba!!!

I LOVE this rainbow Kimi Kalimba!! I made my order on August 3rd 2020 to Canada (selected DHL 4-6 business days shipping) and it arrived on Aug 6th, so fast! I opened the package, it had the typical black box you see in pictures online (wish I could post more pictures of the sides but it has all the same Chinese writing, barcodes, QR code , etc) so if that was worrying you I don't think its a concern here. I got everything in the package listed; the stickers light blue/navy pack, green pack, white pack, two booklets one in chinese and one in english (english one looks more modern), and the tuning hammer, the cleaning cloth as well as the sturdy case for the kalimba. The highest note tines on the Kalimba resonated beautifully I'm so impressed. I would also like to add the customer service was great, they patiently put in a lot of effort to help me understand the change of box situation that I had read online had happened previously. Overall great experience and a gorgeous Kalimba I will cherish.

I've been looking to get into learning the kalimba for some time now and when I saw this rainbow Kimi I was completely in love. It is super easy to play and the sound quality although softer than I expected, was very clear in sound.
